Giving Opportunities

The Annual Fund for Scholarships

Please support the Annual Fund for Scholarships. Do it because, perhaps, you received scholarship support that made your education at Lyndon possible. Do it because you want to see Lyndon students succeed personally and professionally. Do it as a way to pay tribute to your best college friend or favorite professor. But above all, do it to show Lyndon students you care.

Support our Alumni Association

The Lyndon State College Alumni Association gives you and your fellow alumni what you need to stay connected, keep advancing, and go on living the Lyndon vision. By giving financially, you're investing in benefits that you, your fellow alumni, the College, and students will enjoy for generations to come.

The Early Promise Scholarship Program

The Early Promise Scholarship helps to provide Northeast Kingdom students from modest-income backgrounds who will be among the first in their family to graduate from college with a $2,500 - $5,000 scholarship per year for four years. This program makes a difference in the lives of the students at Lyndon who otherwise would not be able to afford their college education.

Support an Endowment

An endowment is an excellent way to provide a reliable source of revenue in support of student scholarships or another area of interest at Lyndon State College. There are over 40 individual endowments at Lyndon State College. When you support an endowment you enable awards to be given annually in perpetuity.

Support our Student Athletes: Join the Hornet Club

The Hornet Club supports Lyndon's NCAA III varsity sports teams. Your contribution will benefit our entire athletic program allowing our student athletes to succeed in and out of the classroom.

Lyndon State Baseball Dugout Club

The Dugout Club is the official organization devoted to supporting the Lyndon State College baseball program. By joining the Dugout Club, members’ support plays a direct role in facilitating the valuable activities and facility improvements that enhance both the quality of the Hornets’ baseball program and the overall experience for the student athletes, coaches and fans!

EJA Initiative

The Electronic Journalism Arts Department is seeking gifts to support the installation of two new studio cameras into our award-winning News7 Broadcast Facility. The television arm of the Vermont Center for Community Journalism (VCCJ), News7 is the Emmy award-winning college newscast that reaches 10,000 households across its 14-town coverage area. News7 prepares its graduates for the workforce by using industry standard equipment throughout their educational careers at Lyndon.

The Alexander Twilight Theatre Fundraising Project: Take A Seat

The Alexander Twilight Theatre is the heart of the Lyndon State College campus. We are fundraising to make much needed improvements to the theatre in an effort to return it to its original status as one of the premiere facilities in the Northeast Kingdom.
